Ibérico Ham Bellota Premium, meticulously cured for 6 to 7 years with a weight varying between 8.5 and 9.5 kg, represents the ultimate expression of tradition. It comes from pure Iberian pigs, raised freely in the dehesas and fed on acorns during the montanera season.

Flavour: Intense with sweet notes. One of the most notable characteristics is the long-lasting aftertaste it leaves on the palate.

Texture: Juicy and tender, with marbled fat that melts in the mouth, providing a silky and delicate texture.
