Should HM SL not have stock of any of the requested product(s) after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed of this unavailability and the order will be cancelled. The sums paid for the unavailable product(s) will be refunded.
Prices
The price of our items and services is the one indicated on our website at any given time. The prices of the Products are always shown in euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes, and will be the current prices at all times.

If the company detects an error in the pricing of an item after receipt of an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the issue and offer you the option of cancellation or proceeding with the order at the correct price. In the event of total or partial non-payment by the Customer on the agreed due date for one or more product shipments, CRUZ Tradición may suspend or cancel any outstanding shipment or Contract, without incurring liability for any damages or losses, including loss of profit, or damages for delay or loss of production caused to the Customer. The above faculty of CRUZ Tradición shall in no case release the Customer from their contractual obligations regarding payments owed and the receipt of products.
If the order, once confirmed and dispatched, is not accepted by the customer, they will be responsible for the costs incurred. You will receive an invoice or proof of purchase by post and/or email. All fraudulent orders, or attempted fraud, will be reported to the relevant authorities. All necessary information will be provided to assist with the investigation.
In the event of a delay in the receipt or collection of the goods by the Customer, CRUZ tradición shall be entitled to store the goods, at the Customer's expense and risk, in its own premises or those of a third party, and the customer shall be obliged to pay the expenses incurred by CRUZ tradición.
