Made with 100% natural raw milk of sheep, criadas en Zamora, este queso artesanal pasa por un proceso de maduración entre de 3 y 6 meses, thereby achieving a textura compacta pero cremosa, which carefully reflects its balanced healing process.

How to taste and preserve it? 

  • Consumption: Take it out of the fridge for approximately 20 minutes before consuming, so that it reaches its ideal temperature (between 20°C and 25°C) and reveals its full aroma and flavour.
  • Conservation: Keep the cheese at a temperature between 5 ºC and 10 ºC. Once opened, use a cheese dome with a wooden base to insulate it and maintain its qualities.
  • Consumer advice: If it dries out, grate it to enrich pasta dishes or keep it in a jar covered with olive oil, ready to enjoy at any time.
