If you are not satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 15 days to return it. To make a return, simply call 668 519 078 and send us the product, which must be unused and with its original seal and packaging intact. Once received and after checking the goods, the amount will be refunded to your card, if you paid by card, or by bank transfer to the account number you provide, if you paid by bank transfer.

In both cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where CRUZ tradición arranges collection through its transport company. In any event, please contact our Customer Service Department on 668 519 078.
